July & August 2015 - London, Amsterdam & Boston
To cerebrate our 25th anniversary, the whole family went an a two vacation, which included London, Amsterdam and Boston.
Day 1 - July 28th - Travel
We left the house at 7am to catch a 9:40 US Airway flight from Charlotte to Boston.
The flight was uneventful and we arrived in Boston at noon, collected our luggage and caught a bus to the international terminal.
At this point it is too early to check in with Aer Lingus, so we get some lunch and take advantage of the free Wi-Fi. At 2pm we check in and check our luggage to London. Emily uses the time to complete some French homework.
The next flight is timely and we depart at 6pm for Dublin. Even with prescription meds I was unable to sleep on the plane; so I watched a couple movies I had loaded on my Ipad.
