July & August 2015 - London, Amsterdam & Boston
Day 7 - August 3rd - London & Harwick
This was our last day in London. We got cleaned up, packed, and tidied up the apartment, then got some lunch. We caught the bus to Saint Paul's stop, then walked to the Tate Modern

Saint Paul's Cathedral

View across the Thames and back to Saint Paul's from the Millennial bridge - that is Emily ahead of me.

Tate Modern Art Museum from Millennial bridge - it was once a power plant

Some of the art - Emily enjoyed it. It was hit and miss for me, Debbie was not a fan, and Sarah left.

Emily at the Tate

I did enjoy this piece - wooden beams, carved back ring by ring to expose what the tree once looked like.

That evening we collected our luggage from the apartment, then took a train from Liverpool station to Harwick. Where we boarded an overnight ferry bound for the Hook of Holland. It was a comfortable way to travel.
